On August 18th, the Training Program for Capacity Enhancement of the College Leading Cadres held its completion ceremony at East China Normal University. All members of the training program were in attendance, and the President, He Zhanbing, delivered a speech.
In his address, He Zhanbing urged all participants to continue their learning journey, constantly enhancing their motivation for independent study while improving their professional skills, comprehensive qualities, and managerial abilities. He emphasized the importance of applying what they have learned, maintaining the unity of learning, thinking, and action, and aligning with the goals set during the college's Third Party Congress, i.e. “Double High” construction (construction of high-level vocational college and majors with Chinese characteristics) and establishing undergraduate-level programs. He encouraged participants to translate their thoughts and learning into the abilities to educate and nurture students, solve challenges, and drive progress. He also emphasized the importance of forming habits of learning guiding practice and practice elevating learning, turning their learning outcomes into practical actions and tangible results that promote the high-quality development of the college.
This training program lasted for five days and included 9 expert lectures and 1 practical research session. Through the training, all participants expanded their horizons, acquired knowledge, honed their abilities, and refined their character, achieving concrete and substantial results.
