On July 5th, He Zhanbing, Vice-Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of HNMMC, led a delegation to conduct "Enterprise Visits for Job Expansion" research at Minghe Group and engaged in discussions regarding the establishment of a new model of collaboration between the college and the enterprise, aiming to promote the high-quality development of the college. Vice President Cheng Guizhen, as well as leaders from relevant functional departments and secondary schools, accompanied the research.
During the research and exchange meeting, He Zhanbing emphasized that HNMMC attaches great importance to its strategic cooperation with Minghe Group. The collaboration between the college and the enterprise has a long history, and some former graduates of the college have already grown into key personnel within Minghe Group. When discussing the new model of college-enterprise collaboration, he mentioned that the Hunan Cultural Industry Vocational Education Group, led by HNMMC, has been successfully selected as one of the second batch of demonstrative vocational education group construction and nurturing units released by the Ministry of Education, as well as a province-level "Chuyi" demonstrative vocational education group construction and nurturing unit, and he extended an invitation to Minghe Group to participate. He Zhanbing also provided suggestions and recommendations regarding deepening industry-education integration, jointly establishing industry colleges, building student intern and training bases, and co-constructing professional broadcasting studios, hoping for both parties to establish a new collaborative education model for mutual benefit.
Fu Gaowu, Chairman of Minghe Group, warmly responded to the proposal of establishing a new model of college-enterprise collaboration, expressing Minghe Group's willingness to engage in various forms of cooperation with the college and to provide professional, dedicated, and focused services for joint projects.
Before the symposium, He Zhanbing and his delegation visited various facilities such as the Minghe Industrial Park's cultural and tourism immersive laboratory, intelligent manufacturing building, metaverse theater, equipment workshop, innovation building, and staff quarters to gain insight into the company's development, the working environment for graduates during internships, and the company's talent needs. They also had face-to-face discussions and exchanges with graduates from the School of Visual Arts and the School of Film and Television Art.
