Recently, Vice President Shen Jianfei led a team to visit and conduct research at Hunan Broadcasting System iMango Radio 5G and Hunan TV International, focusing on optimizing talent cultivation mechanisms and deepening college-enterprise cooperation.
During the visits, Shen Jianfei and his team engaged in discussions on advancing the co-construction of the "industry-university-research" innovation practice base with Hunan Broadcasting System iMango Radio 5G, as well as the iMango Radio 5G Innovation Training Base. The college and enterprises intend to continue collaborating through projects such as "I Will Revitalize My Village" and the "Creator Program," aiming to jointly contribute to the cultivation of all-media talents in Hunan radio and television industry.
At Hunan TV International, the college and the enterprise proposed three visions for cooperation: firstly, organizing student internships and practical training, facilitating mutual faculty exchanges, and conducting regular lectures to effectively enhance the quality of talent cultivation and the level of teaching staff at the college. Secondly, deepening cooperation in television program content production to promote the internationalization of Hunan vocational education. Through the international window program "World Eyes on Hunan" on Hunan TV International, excellent vocational education models in Hunan can be showcased to the world, fostering mutual learning and exchange with foreign vocational education institutions. Thirdly, improving the alignment between the college and enterprise development. By gaining in-depth understanding of Hunan TV International's relevant businesses and employment needs, the adjustment and development of relevant departments and schools of the college can be facilitated.
Officials from the Academic Affairs Office, College-Enterprise Cooperation Office, School of Film and Television Art, School of Journalism and Communication, and other relevant departments participated in the exchange and visit activities.
