Recently, the Secretary of the CPC HNMMC Committee, Li Sanfu, led a team to visit JD Group and Zhongguancun Software Park to carry out a special campaign called "Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Job Opportunities." They had in-depth discussions with the companies on issues such as internships, employment, college-enterprise cooperation, major construction, and talent cultivation. The heads of the Enrollment and Employment Guidance Office, the School of Journalism and Communication, and the School of Management accompanied the research team.
On the morning of May 10th, Li Sanfu and his team visited JD Group. During the symposium, Li Sanfu introduced the basic situation of HNMMC to the company representatives, focusing on the five keywords: "Distinctive, Beautiful, Innovative, Refined, and Strong." He mentioned that JD has achieved rapid development over the past 20 years and has unique strengths and capabilities in the fields of retail, logistics, technology, and health. It has become a leading private enterprise in China. HNMMC, after more than 20 years of reform and development, has also established distinct advantages and characteristics in the cultivation of media talents, earning the reputation of being the "the Cradle of Broadcasting and Television in Hunan." Based on their respective strengths and characteristics, both parties can find the right points of cooperation and engage in deep collaboration in areas such as industry-education integration, project cooperation, and supply-demand alignment. The goal is to establish a sound and sustainable cooperation mechanism, achieving precise alignment between the college's talent cultivation and the company's talent needs. Wang Meng, the Retail Products Manager at JD, introduced JD's ideas for industry-education collaboration in the digital commerce field. Representatives from both the college and the company engaged in extensive and in-depth discussions on topics such as discipline development, talent cultivation, innovative college-enterprise cooperation mechanisms, and employment connections, reaching preliminary consensus.
In the afternoon of the same day, Li Sanfu and his team visited Zhongguancun Software Park and held discussions with representatives from ZGC Software Park Incubator and Beijing Beice Digital Technology Co., Ltd.. Li Sanfu pointed out that Zhongguancun has gathered a large number of specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises. Leveraging the advantages and characteristics of the college's media programs, it is possible to convey the voice of the enterprises, tell their stories well, and promote the transformation of their achievements. This is the entry point for college-enterprise cooperation. Representatives from both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on college-enterprise cooperation models based on their respective characteristics, as well as the establishment of internship and employment bases, and reached preliminary intentions for cooperation.
The visits by the college's secretary and president to enterprises are not only important measures to implement the national policies of "stabilizing employment" and "ensuring employment", but also effective ways to deepen college-enterprise cooperation, promote the reform of talent cultivation models, and enhance the high-quality employment of students.
