On March 9, the college Labor Union and the Logistics Division jointly carried out a safety and health dissemination activity to popularize first aid knowledge and disseminate health concepts, and specially invited Mr. He Lin, Senior Lecturer in Health Education of Hunan Health Management Association.
Through theoretical teaching, operation demonstration, field simulation exercises and Q&A, professor He Lin mainly taught the methods, principles and correct posture of CPR emergency rescue, prevention of cardiovascular disease and effective improvement methods for coping with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, healthy lifestyle, effective methods for preventing chronic diseases, and prevention and screening of major diseases.
