On the morning of December 18, the inauguration of the college’s student internship training base was held at the Taojiang County Convergence Media Center. Li Sanfu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, and Leng Liang, Deputy Decretary of the County Party Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of Taojiang County, jointly unveiled the nameplate. Xie Jingwei, Vice President of the college, and He Junqiang, Party Secretary, Director and Editor-in-chief of Taojiang County Convergence Media Center, signed the cooperation agreement. Lin Longfei, member of the Standing Committee of the Taojiang County Party Committee and Director of the Propaganda Department, presided over the inauguration.
Leng Liang said that the county party committee and the county government will continue to support the in-depth cooperation between the college and the county convergence media center, and strive to build the Taojiang practical training and internship base into a model base and demonstration base. He hoped that the college will strengthen the talent support and technical guidance for the development of Taojiang's media business. Meanwhile, the county convergence media center should seize the opportunity of cooperation, enhance the ability of media publicity and brand innovation, better promote positive energy, and cheer and gather strength for building a prosperous, beautiful and happy new Taojiang.
Li Sanfu stressed that the college will take the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress to guide the development direction, implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral character, and keep in mind the mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country. He said that we should take the student internship training base as a platform, giving full play to the advantages of "double main body" education between the college and the media center to jointly carry out media talent training, and make use of the college's features and professional advantages to build a platform for the media center staff skills training. At the same time, the college will send excellent students to the Media Center for internship and training to accelerate the common development of both sides.
In the past 22 years, the college has formed a professional development pattern of cultural education with "media content production" as the core, supported by "media technology" and "media management". Known as the cradle of "Broadcasting and Television in Hunan", the college serves as the production base of Hunan Radio and Television. The signing and inauguration ceremony marks that the two partners will realize the docking development in talent training, information communication and technological innovation, continue to promote in-depth cooperation to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing and mutual benefit, and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of education and media business.
