In the recent Teachers’ Teaching Ability Competition of the 2022 National Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges, the team led by teacher Wang Caicai from the School of Film and Television Arts went through the school-level preliminary round, the provincial online evaluation round, the provincial on-site round, the national challenge contest, the national online evaluation round and the national on-site round, and finally won the first prize in the national competition.
The Teachers’ Teaching Ability Competition of the 2022 National Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges lasted for nine months and seventeen days, which is a teaching competiton with the highest attention and influence in the field of vocational education nationwide. After winning the first prize in the provincial competition, the team of Wang Caicai, Tan Yuan, Chen Yuting and Xu Yulan was selected from more than 1,000 teams in Hunan Province to enter the national competition, where the team of Wang Caicai, Tan Yuan, Chen Yuting and Zhao Juan (Hunan Vocational College of Art) competed with 998 teams from all over the country, and then went through the 70% elimination round of the national competition online evaluation to enter the national competition final. On the competition site, the team competed with 260 teams and finally won the first prize in the national competition. Behind the achievement is the team members' dedication to the hundreds of times design, modification and perfection of the work, as well as the tenacious struggle and faith perseverance day and night. This spirit of excellence, perseverance and courage deserves to be learned by all teachers in the college.
The school has been upholding the idea of "promoting teaching, research, construction and reform with competition", and supporting teachers to participate in teaching competitions, where we also made remarkable achievements. Up to now, HNMMC has won 2 first prizes and 4 second prizes in the national competition, ranking among the top higher vocational institutions in Hunan Province.
