A few days ago, the Education Department of Hunan Province and the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance issued the Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Construction of the High-level Higher Vocational Schools and Specialty Group, and the High-quality Secondary Vocational Schools and Specialty (Groups) in Hunan Province( Issued by the Education Department of Hunan Province [2022] No. 1). It announced the list of the proposed projects of 30 Chuyi high-level vocational school construction units and 30 Chuyi high-level vocational specialty group construction units, and the proposed projects of 60 Chuyi high-quality secondary vocational school construction units and 52 Chuyi high-quality secondary vocational specialty (group) construction units.
HNMMC has been selected as Grade A of the construction unit of Chuyi high-level vocational school in Hunan Province, which was a full affirmation of the college’s effectiveness in school running. Adhering to the educational orientation of “keeping a foothold in Hunan, facing the whole country, serving the cultural industry, and highlighting media characteristics” , the college upholds the school motto of “Creativity Lights up Your Life” and the school spirit of “Communicating Positive Energy”. It implements the development strategy of “prospering the college by introducing TV station, strengthening the college by ingenuity and glorifying the college by services”. The College is dedicated to cultivating creative technical talents with high comprehensive quality and strong communication ability for the implementation of Hunan “Three Highlands and Four Missions” strategy, the construction of Strengthening Hunan by Culture and the development of media industry. The college sticks to the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents, thoroughly implements Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and makes great efforts to strengthen connotation construction, consolidate its advantages in school running, and vigorously improve the construction of specialty group, so as to enhance the school-running level in all respects.
