On the morning of October 26, the college held a meeting of the preparation and implementation plan for the 2021 graduates’ employment quality report. The Party Secretary Yuan Weikun and Vice President Lei Junlin attended the meeting, along with deans of the secondary schools, the Party branch secretaries, the relevant people from the Admissions and Employment Guidance Division, and personnel from Changsha Yunyan Technology Co., Ltd. (a third-party organization). The meeting was chaired by Lei Junlin.
At the meeting, Chen Jing, Vice President of Yunyan Data Institute of Changsha Yunyan Technology Co., Ltd., combined with the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Education Department of Hunan Province, illustrated the new content and requirements for the preparation of this year’s quality report, focusing on the preparation plan, framework system, main content, data sources, and statistical standards of the 2021 graduates’ employment quality report.
Yuan Weikun delivered a speech at the meeting. He pointed out that the preparation and release of the annual quality report is an institutional arrangement for the college to actively respond to social concerns, accept social supervision, and improve information disclosure. It is also an important way for systematically summarizing the college’s talent cultivation work over the past year and enhancing social popularity. It is the inner requirement of the college to establish and improve the quality assurance system of talent cultivation.
Yuan Weikun emphasized the purpose and importance of the preparation of employment quality reports. Yuan requires that we must accurately grasp the connotation and scientifically compile. We must reinforce the employment of graduates and continuously improve the quality of employment, giving full play to the feedback role of the report to improve the quality of talent cultivation and the linkage mechanism of employment, enrollment and cultivation.
Lei Junlin pointed out that it is necessary to enhance information communication and form a joint force to complete the preparation of the 2021 graduates' employment quality report with high quality so as to serve for the college's specialty adjustment, enrollment plan preparation, and talent cultivation.
Two sides also conducted extensive exchanges on issues such as feedback on talent cultivation, highlighting media characteristics, reflecting industry needs, and insufficient samples.
