May 21-23, Office of Admissions and Employment Guidance, Ideological and Political Course Teaching Department, Student Affairs Office and Beisen (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the entrepreneurship education training course (EET) at the innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base for college students. 50 teachers working on employment, entrepreneurship, student management, and teaching participated in the training.

At the opening ceremony, director Ouyang Xu of the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office stressed that the college has attached great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education and fully implemented the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education Institutions." The college would lay a solid foundation for mass entrepreneurship and innovation by further improving and enhancing the professional level and guiding ability in entrepreneurial education to give talent and intellectual supports for the construction of an innovative country. Entrepreneurship is the theme of the current era. The college actively responds to the country's implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, and will take advantage of the situation by emphasizing the construction of a professional team of innovation and entrepreneurship. He expressed his hope that teachers would apply what they have learned and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the whole process of talent training.
This training invited Mr. Zhu Jianwei to give the lecture, who is a BCC global career coach, SIYB entrepreneurship training lecturer, provincial-level entrepreneurship service work review expert, and Beisen’s lecturer. The training course focused on six modules of establishing entrepreneurial perspectives, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams, entrepreneurial opportunities, resources, risks and teaching practice guidance. Through in-class teaching, case analysis, group discussions, individual sharing, interactive games, video teaching, picture presentation, scenario simulations and other teaching methods, teachers were able to enhance their knowledge and abilities related to theories, methods and applications of innovation and entrepreneurship through personal experience. They also obtained the practices and methods to guide students’ entrepreneurship in a scientific manner and carry out entrepreneurship courses in a systematic way through their own experience.
During the training, the teachers took an active participation and in-depth reflection and discussed. They mentioned that the three-day training enabled them to have a more thorough understanding of the guiding theory and practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship by learning a large number of practical teaching methods, which were of great help in improving the quality of teaching.
It is reported that Beisen company is a well-known innovation and entrepreneurship education and training institution in China. This joint training has greatly contributed to teachers’ theoretical attainment and teaching skills for innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthened the construction of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship education, deepened the entrepreneurship education reform, and gave a driving force in the integration of specialties and entrepreneurship, and of entrepreneurship education and talent training system
