“100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party” Party History Museum in the Book Fair
In order to better understand professional knowledge and celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Party, Chen Taozhen and Dong Juanjuan led the students to visit the Party History Education Exhibition Hall. Chen gave a detailed introduction to a series of revolutionary publications such as "Country Album", in terms of topic selection planning, book binding, and its content, in the hope that students can learn about the Party’s knowledge while learning the planning and production of the books. Dong interpreted to the students a series of books such as the quotations of General Secretary Xi Jinping, emphasizing the influence of the quotations on China and contemporary college students.

At the same time, the students also conducted employment surveys on the posts related to Digital Publishing Specialty under the arrangement of their teachers. Through questionnaires, interviews with industry experts, and careful observations, they learned about industry development trends, characteristics of talent demand, talent training mode, and suggestions from employers on the establishment of professional courses, etc., to accumulate first-hand information for the revision of professional talent training program.
This practice took the book fair as an opportunity to allow students majoring in Digital Publishing to better understand the book market, have close contact with enterprises, and learn the planning and design of key cultural topics for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. It is a "walking Classroom" that allows students to have a clearer goal for career and future development.
