On November 19, HNMMC held the opening ceremony of the 20th student union cadre training course. Xu Jingxue, vice president of the college, and related persons in charge of the Publicity and United Front Work Department and Student Affairs Office attended the opening ceremony.
At the meeting, Xu Jingxue proposed three requirements to the cadres of the student union. The first was to be clear about the student orientation and connotation of the student cadres. The second was to be determined to do their duties, focused on learning and cultivation so as to be a students' leader. The third was to integrate responsibilities into study and work, improving comprehensive qualities and fulfill responsibilities.
Zhu Dan, director of the Publicity and United Front Work Department, gave a wonderful and humorous lecture on “from an ‘artistic youth’ to a ‘cultural youth’ ”.
The training of student cadres is conducive to improving the ability of student cadres in ideology and politics, communication management, activity planning and other aspects, and helping them to clarify the development goals and direction of efforts.
