From August 25th to August 31st, the Senior Seminar on the promotion of management ability for cadres was held in Tsinghua University. A total of 44 cadres attended this seminar.
During the seminar, all the participants listened to lectures from famous experts and professors from Tsinghua University, Beijing Polytechnic, Central Institute for Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of Education, the Vocational Education Research Center of the National Academy Education of Administration and senior medium of CCTV. Based on the theory of higher vocational education and the management of higher vocational colleges, experts and professors elaborated from many aspects including teaching management and service, leadership and implementation capacity, the law of development and management of vocational colleges, the integration of production and education and college-enterprise cooperation, and the promotion of vocational colleges management ability.The lecture was close to reality, enlightening and thought-provoking. Participants also paid a visit to Tsinghua University Campus and the National Museum for The Road of Rejuvenation.
Yuan Weikun, the Secretary of HNMMC Party Committee and Ma Yujun, the President of the HNMMC presented in the closing ceremony and Liu Juan, the director of the Educational Management and Training Department of the College of Extended Education in Tsinghua University. Secretary Yuan Weikun expressed his sincere gratitude to the College Extended of Tsinghua University. Meanwhile, he hopes that the cadres should digest the content of courses carefully, make full use of these knowledge in their works and make great efforts for the construction of Excellent College and Double First-rate College.
