On October 16th, the sharing of 2018 Summer Work & Travel Program in USA and 2019 Program Introduction were held in HNMMC. More than 360 teachers and students, who come from the School of International Communication, the School of Visual Art and the School of Film and Television Art, attended the share session.
During the sharing, two students from the School of International Communication introduced their experience in the United States. They are Li Jin, from Business English Class No.1601, and Zhou Xialian, from Leisure Service and Management Class No.1601. They mentioned that three months staying in the USA benefits them a lot in many aspects like the independence in life, oral English skills, friendship and valuable working experiences in the USA, which obviously be helpful in their future career. After that, Mr. Wang Zhen, who is in charge of the work & travel program in USA of Hebei International Education Exchange Association, introduced this project in details to the students and answered their questions.
The Summer Work & Travel program in USA for College Students is one of the important measures to broaden students' international sight, cultivate their cross-cultural communication ability, facilitate the international cooperation and enhance the quality of students in HNMMC. Since its start in 2017, totally 17 students signed up by themselves and passed tests to finish this program in USA. At present, the 2019 Summer Work & Travel program in USA for College students are open to sign up and will be valid until day of December 30th, 2018.
