On April 3rd, the School of Visual Art, the School of Journalism and Communication and the School of New Media Technology respectively held the Reports on Summarizing Two-way Exchange between German College and HNMMC. The secretary of the party committee in our college Yuan Weikun attended the conference in the School of Visual Art and carefully listened to the related reports. Ni Dong, Chen Haowen, Yi Can and other representatives of the two-way academic exchange group to Germany, combining their major specialties, shared the results and experience in German higher education system, the framework of the schools and departments, lab construction, the new talent training pattern of the duel-system vocational education, the college quality control and professional accreditation, courses introduction of media majors. Dean Lao Guanghui, Shen Jianfei and Liu Yanshu separately made summaries about the conference, and fully affirmed the preparation by the delegation for the lectures. They remarked that it was a wonderful tradition and an efficient way to maximize the learning result that the faculty shared their results and experience after two-way academic exchanging and learning overseas.
The delegation comprised of 20 backbone teachers in the School of Journalism and Communication, the School of Visual Art and the School of New Media Technology, went to Technische Hochschule Deggendorf for two-way academic exchange and study from February 25th to March 11th, themed with “Digital MediaEducation in the Context of Media Convergence”. The two-way academic exchange program mainly contained modern higher education management, dual-system education mode, curriculum construction, and teaching quality diagnosis. In addition, the report enhanced the effectiveness and result of the overseas two-way academic exchange, succeeding in sharing the two-way academic exchange achievements. The teachers studying abroad could not only bring in the advanced teaching model and rewarding experience for all the teachers, but also improve their own professional levels, which provided an useful reference in their teaching and research in the future.
