On December 15th, the college held a large-scale campus recruitment fair for the graduates of 2018. 190 employers in broadcasting and TV, bank, publishing and other industries from Hunan and other provinces joined in the recruitment fair. The recruitment fair was hosted by Xu Jingxue, Vice President of the College, and Yuan Weikun, Secretary of the College Party Committee, Ma Yujun, President of the College, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee, and other leaders of the college attended the fair. Ma Yujun delivered a speech and announced the opening. Huang Yangqing, Director of the Students’ Affairs Division(Graduate Employment Office) in the Education Department of Hunan Province, together with Wu Min, Director of the Hunan Provincial Employment Guidance Center, came to guide the work on site.
In the opening ceremony, Ma Yujun, on behalf of the college, delivered a speech, extending a warm welcome to the employers in this recruitment fair. He introduced the characteristics, achievements of the college and the practice in the students’ employment and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, he hoped that the graduates would keep the blessings and suggestions from the seniors in mind so as to realize “meeting the best of you ” .

In recent years, employment and entrepreneurship in the college possessed a high position, large strength and many highlights. This recruitment fair was themed as “meeting the best of you”, reflecting the common wish of the graduates and the employers.

With the theme of “meeting the best of you”, this recruitment feir included four parts: opening ceremony, supply and demand meeting, interview session and employer forum. It lasted one day and attracted the graduates of 2018 to attend actively.
190 employers provided more than 6700 positions for the graduates. Many employers were satisfied with the specialized foundation, practical ability and comprehensive quality of the graduates and sent out their offers one after another. The employment intention tentatively reached over 2000 people, and nearly 200 graduates had signed the employment agreement with the employers.
